A Walk With RJ at Swopes Valley . .

The kids had off school for Columbus Day in October.  It was a warm day so we decided to take RJ on a walk at Swopes Valley.  He even went swimming!

Swopes Valley Bike Ride & Water Play . . .

I rememeber this trip like it just happened.  It was an unusually cold June morning, and the kids and I decided to take a bike ride at Swopes Valley.  I know there's water there, and I should've known the kids wouldn't care how cold it was and still want to go in.  Well. . . that's exactly what happened!  They ended up in the water, and man was that water cold!

 

Swopes Valley Nature Walk . . .

The kids are off for Easter break, and we're so happy to have some time to go out on little adventures together.  Yesterday we took a walk at the Swatara State Park (Swope's Valley).  Lots of fun things to see, and lots of shenanigan's too!
