Cookie Making (December 4, 2022) . . .

We got these cute Christmas Gnome Cookie Kits at the store and decorated them this year.  Something tells me these will be replacing the gingerbread houses in the future.  They were so easy and fun.  Kade was, of course, acting like Kenny and not allowing me to take any pictures of him.  What's that they say?  The apple doesn't fall far from the tree!

Sugar Cookies!

Last night the kids and I made our first batch of sugar cookies for the holidays.  I'm not a fancy mom, and we always do premade cookie dough, but the kids sure do have fun decorating them.

Christmas (in July) Cookies...

Well - it wouldn't be a Christmas in July celebration if we didn't make cookies, right?!!?!?

Sugar Cookies!!!

Tonight we decided it would be fun to bake some sugar cookies.  Although this turned out to be a huge mess with icing and sprinkles everywhere, it was so worth all the clean up.  The kids giggled and taste tested to their hearts delight and I can't help but smile when I look back at these pictures.  The Christmas season is here and we're enjoying every minute of it!!!
