Hickory Run . . .

In July I took the kids to Hickory Run, which is one of our favorite spots.  It was a little on the cold side and they were disappointed because this time around there were no fish to net like typical years, but we still had a nice time.  Not a lot of people there because of the weather.

Fourth of July 2022 . . .

Fourth of July is always one of the best days for the kids - spending time in the pool with their cousins and fireworks!  This year we had some silliness going on (Tanner in the double goggles and Kiersen blowing up her swimsuit top).  Kade spent a lot of the day with Easton.  He's so good with the little ones.

Hickory Run . . .

In June we took a trip to Hickory Run State Park.  This is one of our absolute favorite places to visit.  It was a cooler day and we arrived early, so not many people were there with us.  I wish I would've taken my camera on this trip, but I didn't, so my pictures aren't the greatest.  I could honestly spend an entire week at this place - catching minnows, catfish and tadpoles, swimming and exploring.

Swatty Swimming . . .

This picture perfectly captures the attitudes of my kids - one is sassy and the other one very laid back and mellow.  Can you guess who is who?!!?!?  Ha ha!

The day before school started, I decided to take the kids swimming one last time for the summer, so after gymnastics we headed to the swatty!  Lots of fun!

New Hampshire - Railroad Tracks and a Swimming Hole . . .

I don't know the name of this cool swimming spot, but I do know that the kids had a blast swimming in it and jumping from it's cliffs.  We were happy to see that Zack and Carree were there too, which made our day even better!

Swimming in the Pond!

It doesn't matter how cold or stirred up the pond gets, the kids and RJ love to go swimming!  These photos were from May, and if I can remember, it wasn't even very warm that day.
