This morning the kids opened their Easter baskets while it was still dark and then we headed to church for a SONrise service/bonfire. We got back and ate homemade waffles and then hunted the eggs Kenny hide outside. Kiersen made quick work of finding all her eggs and made brother a little mad when she was trying to 'help' him find his remaining eggs. RJ even got something special from the Easter Bunny, but we didn't get any pictures because he was running around like a wild dog with it in his mouth. He also wanted to help find the Easter eggs, but he wanted to eat them too, so he wasn't outside with us too long, since the kids treasured their Peanut Butter Cups and Kit Kats too much!
