Today we traveled to a children's petting zoo at Good's Store. The kids enjoyed getting to feed the animals, but they especially liked their ride on Curly the Camel and the ponies. After we were done at the zoo the kids told me they were 'starving' and needed hot dogs, so we drove a little further on 501 to a cute little place called the Pretzel Hut near Lititz. They had yummy hot dogs, but the kids liked their ice cream the best. We ate outside and at one point we heard a chicken and Kiersen's ears perked up and she said 'Carree and Cole must be here'. (For those of you that don't know, my nieces have chickens at their house and Kiersen associated the chicken sound with the girls....too cute). Little did I know, the Pretzel Hut also had a mini barnyard out back, so the kids got to see even more animals! Definitely a fun filled day!
