 Kiersen recently got her back tuck on the high beam.  

Back Tucks Getting Higher!

Kiersen's gymnastics coach, Jessie, has been working with her on getting her back tucks higher.  Looking back at old videos, I'd say she's getting there!  I can't believe how much she's grown as a gymnasts over these past 2-3 months.  Check it out!

It'll be a while until she does these on the high beam, but this is a great start!

DIY Tutorial - Back Tucks with Kiersen!

Kiersen is always pretending she has a You Tube Channel and loves to do 'tutorials' on video.  Here's here latest - how to do a back tuck!  I watched it, but I'm still not sure I could do it . . . ha ha.
