Christmas Photos 2012

This year we had Lauren Dresh from Presch Photography come to the house to take the kids' Christmas pictures.  Merry Christmas everyone!

First Snowfall...

Last night before I put the kids to bed I told them that it was going to snow.  This morning when I woke them up, the first thing Kaiden did was run to the door to see if I was telling the truth.  He was so excited and insisted that I get 'sissy' up right away so she could see it too.  They sat at that window for a good 5 minutes smiling and giggling....and tonight, Kenny took them out to play....magic!

Let's Get Wrappin'

Over the weekend Kiersen decided she wanted to help me wrap up the latest shipment of Christmas presents.  Sorry to anyone receiving these gifts - she went a little tape happy!  Yep - it was a big waste of tape, but she had so much fun helping me, I just couldn't take it away from her (although, I did chase her around the table a few times (see last picture) acting like I wanted to take it.)  I've never had so much fun wrapping presents in my life! 

Getting Ready for Swim Season...

If Kiersen likes the pool as much as she likes her new ladybug floaty, summer will be lots of fun!  The kids spent over an hour on Friday night playing in these....Kaiden was even giving her rides around the house. 

Let's Go Fishing!

Last weekend we took Kaiden fishing at the lake in Pine Grove.  He caught 5 fish and wanted to stay all day!  I love watching him with Kenny.  They are so much alike!

Kaiden's Second Turkey

On Friday, Kenny and Kaiden headed out to the woods for a little 'turkey adventure' while Kiersen and I went to the park for a walk.  On the last lap of our walk I got a call from one excited little boy who told me that he and daddy just got a turkey.  This year they got a jake and not a big gobbler, but Kaiden didn't care.  He was very happy!  Kiersen even seemed to like it!
