Ice Shack Ice Cream!

During Spring Break I took the kids to the Ice Shack in Myerstown for some ice cream after we played at the park.  What a cute place it was.  I'm sure we'll be stopping back there again.  

Cabelas & Diary Queen . . .

Two weeks ago I treated the kids to Dairy Queen and a trip to Cabela's after Kiersen had gymnastics.  

Get Air Fun with Uncle Steve & Rowan . . .

Yesterday the kids had off of school, so we decided to head to Harrisburg to 'Get Air' (a trampoline park) to have some fun with Uncle Steve & Rowan.  Kaiden was super excited that they had a Ninja Warrior Course there.  He struggled a bit with the last wall, but he didn't give up, and I think the last photo of him conquering the wall shows just how happy he was.  After Get Air we went to the Coldstone Creamery for some ice cream.  Rowan must've been exhausted because she fell asleep pretty quickly on our way home.  Thanks for going with us Uncle Steve & Rowey!

Today was letter 'I' day.  We made fun ice cream cones made out of tissue paper.  Kaiden wanted 'blueberry and chocolate' ice cream and Kiersen wanted 'strawberry and chocolate' ice cream.  (They would've looked neater if they were done in one color, but I have to let them be the designers!)  It was a fun little craft, and the kids are very proud of their 'zero calorie' treats!  Of course in the afternoon we had to continue our 'I' day with real ice cream!!!!  (And notice, Kaiden was already in his swimming suit again this morning when we did our craft.  He's always most excited about our afternoon fun).

Silly Sundaes...

 Two weeks ago Kaiden wanted to have his cousin, Richy, over for movies and ice cream sundaes.  So in went Shrek and out came the ice cream!  I believe Kaiden had more toppings on his sundae than he did actual ice cream!

Our Lil' Garbage Disposal...

Well....she's not like her brother....she'll eat anything you put in front of her, especially if it's ice cream!
