While grocery shopping this weekend Kaiden insisted that he wanted to bake a pie - and not just any old pie...he wanted it to be pumpkin. Because I know little to nothing about baking a pumpkin pie, I opted for the easy way out this time - store bought pie crust, pumpkin mix, evaporated milk and eggs! He was so happy to be baking with me that he didn't even care that it wasn't actually a 'homemade'pie. Now...if only it would've been tasty....
