Spring is Creeping In...

Today we took our annual trip to Kreider's Greenhouse to get some spring pretties.  The kids love going there because they have a cat (Georgie) who lets them push him around in the plant cart; I like going there because they have a great selection of plants and they're just across the mountain.  I can't wait till the trees start to get leaves and the ferns start to sprout.  Won't be long!

Half Thawed Park + Mud = Fun!

The warm weather got to me today, and I decided to take the kids to the park.  Our usual spots were all still too snowy/icy, but this small park in the center of town was partially de-thawed.  The kids were so happy to be out playing....BUT....wow what a mess it turned out to be (no wonder I was the only crazy momma out there).  Till we decided to leave, the kids were covered in mud.  I think I can safely say I'm officially ready for spring!
