This weekend we cut down trees to get the area ready for our new garage, which is being started this week. Kaiden enjoyed being the skid loader driver, and I am very impressed with how well he did. Little did I know, Kenny has been allowing him to drive it when they go cut wood for the woodstove. He can operate that thing better than I can! Kiersen loved hauling the branches, but only if she wasn't busy doing gymnastics on the downed logs (hee hee). RJ was always right by Kenny's side. He'd just stand there getting his face full of sawdust as Kenny would cut. He also liked stealing the logs out of the skidloader bucket as I put them in there! My dad stopped out on Sunday to help us finish up, and boy did I appreciate his help. I didn't realize taking down and cleaning up trees was so much work. Next step - sitework!
