| (Kaiden was disappointed that the grocery store didn't have any cakes other than flowered ones, but I didn't plan in advance and try to find a bakery that could make him a unique cake, so we compromised and got a tank running over the flowers!) |

We went to the my grandpa's beach house this weekend. On Thursday the weather was beautiful and we went to the beach in the morning, came back to celebrate Kaiden's 5th birthday and then headed down the coast to Ocean City's boardwalk for rides. On Friday the weather was rainy, but we still managed to get back out on the beach for a bit. It was nice to get away for a little and celebrate Kaiden's 5th birthday.
