Harvest Time!

This year Kenny, the kids and I tried our hand at a lil' pumpkin patch.  We didn't do so bad, considering all the dry weather we had.  This weekend we decided it was time to 'harvest' them, get our mums and decorate for autumn.  The kids were so excited because the little gourds filled up their wheelbarrow.  Fall is in the air!

My Happiness...Sweet Arrow Lake

I'm not sure what it is about Sweet Arrow Lake that I love so much...I love the sound the waterfall makes while you're walking on the trails, the smell of the pine from the trees, and the sound of the geese on the lake.  But mostly, I think I love the pitter-patter of little feet running with excitement because the playground is just across the other side of the walkway, the smiles I get when I pull into the parking lot and they realize where I've taken them, and the moments I get to capture on camera for future memories.

Gosh I'm going to be sad when this hat doesn't fit her anymore.  It's my favorite :)
