The weather this week has been fabulous!  You can't beat 70 degree weather in July!  We've been taking full advantage of it with a lot of time spent outdoors.  Yesterday we had a picnic lunch on the deck and then headed to the playground for some fun!

Today I met up with a friend of mine who I used to work with at Reynolds.  She brought her grandkids Jaylea and Wesley with, and we had a great day!  All the kids were interested in was the water...first it was an old water pump and then it was the lake.  We ended the day with slushies, and I hope we can play again together sometime soon!

A Day at the Park...

Last week I got a call from daycare saying that I needed to come pick up the kids because Kiersen was sick.  Sick - well, not really - she seemed fine to me!  In fact we spent the day at the park.  We did a picnic lunch at the gazebo and then off we went to play!  Kaiden told me that evening that he hopes sissy is sick again tomorrow.  Gotta love these type of 'sick' days!
