Daddy's Princess....
You Can Do Anything In Camos....
Remmy Get's A Bath...
Wait....This Isn't Milk!!!
Well....although the pediatrician recommended waiting until Kiersen turned 6 months to feed her solid food, we decided to give it a shot now that she's 5 months. As you can see, she didn't do so well her first time, and I'm not actually sure she even swallowed any of it.
Tonight we added a bit of baby applesauce to the cereal and now I think we got her attention! Hopefully she'll sleep a little better now, but I'm not getting my hopes up...oh would it be nice though. Five months without a good nights sleep is really starting to wear momma out!
A Few More Bows...
Bows, bows, bows....it's all I can think about and all I want to do in my free time (which isn't a lot of time at all these days). I'm super excited about starting on my Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas bows for Kiersen. I've already been told that my dad wants to see Kiersen in a red velvet dress this year for Christmas, so I better get the velvet ribbon on order too! Hmmm....now what could I start making for Kaiden?
Jump-A-Roo...
Kiersen's Jump-A-Roo arrived in the mail on Thursday. I was so excited to set it up because I thought she'd really love it, since her legs are typically kicking non-stop. Unfortunately it only gets a 2 star review from her...she's not quite sure what to do in it just yet. Hopefully she'll be bouncing soon!

Kiersen's First Tutu....
So I've been really into making hairbows lately, so I thought I'd also try my hand at making Kiersen a tutu. I actually made it so she could be a ballerina for halloween this year (hey - gotta start planning early!), but I have to admit that it was a little fun to try on her now too! I'm getting ready to make her a second one that will be a bit longer with flowers on it. Wish me luck!
Slip-N-Slide & Ice Cream Party...
On Wednesday I had Richy, Carree and Nikka over for a slip-n-slide/ice cream party (since they were on vacation during Kaiden's birthday). The evening didn't turn out quite as I had planned, being that the slip-n-slide broke about 5 minutes into the party, but we still ended up having a nice time. Instead we decided to build marshmallow houses (or something like that), but they fell apart too....I guess better luck next time!
