Summer Fishing Photos (Summer 2022) . . .

 We do lots of fishing in the summer, and often times it's hard to keep up with all the photos (yep, he's that good of a fisherman!).  Here are a few more from the summertime.

Baking With Grandma Nan . . .

 In July Grandma Nan invited Kiersen over after gymnastics to learn to bake whoopie pies and then go for a swim.  Kenny and Kaiden were excited about that because they love Grandma Nan's whoopie pies.  

Hickory Run . . .

 In July I took the kids to Hickory Run, which is one of our favorite spots.  It was a little on the cold side and they were disappointed because this time around there were no fish to net like typical years, but we still had a nice time.  Not a lot of people there because of the weather.   

Jim Thorpe Train Ride!

What is it about Jim Thorpe that I can't get enough of?!!?!?  There's just something special about that place.  It's quaint and cozy and every time we visit we leave saying we can't wait to go back again. Today we were joined by my sister-in-law, Kim, and her kids - Abby, Zack, Ethan & Noah.  We took the train ride and then finished the day off with some ice cream.  Good times!
