Learning How to Sew . . .

Kiersen has always expressed interested in learning how to sew.  In July grandma helped her make her first project - a gymnastics pillow for her bed.  Paw Paw even got in on the fun towards the end!

Posing at Target . . .

Target always has the best areas for posing, and you better believe if we're at Target, Kiersen is telling me to get out my phone and take some photos.

June Fishing 2022 . . .

Since we do so much fishing in the summer, I'm combining photos from several of our June fishing trips.  In this batch of photos, Kiersen even tagged along.  I always love to watch Kade with her.  Most of the time he spends more time helping her than actually fishing, but he doesn't seem to mind.  One day when he's a dad he's going to be the best teacher to his kid(s) because of his patience.

Trip to Lititz . . .

While Kade was on his fishing trip to Hatteras, Kiersen and I headed to Lititz to visit our favorite shops and playground.  We went to Wilbur Chocolate, fed the ducks in the stream, visited Candy-ology (her favorite candy shop), toured the caboose, played at the park and ate soft pretzels at the pretzel factory.  It never gets old visiting Lititz!

Lake Ontalaunee . . .

In early August I took the kids to Lake Ontalaunee.  It was a really neat place to see.  Kaiden, of course, didn't care too much about the graffiti bridge and went straight to fishing.  He was happy to have caught his second biggest bass this summer!  It was a beautiful fish.  Kiersen posed for me on key, of course for lots and lots of photos, which made me happy.  Definiately a neat trip, and I'm sure we will return next year.
