Swopes Valley Bike Ride & Water Play . . .

I rememeber this trip like it just happened.  It was an unusually cold June morning, and the kids and I decided to take a bike ride at Swopes Valley.  I know there's water there, and I should've known the kids wouldn't care how cold it was and still want to go in.  Well. . . that's exactly what happened!  They ended up in the water, and man was that water cold!

 

Bike Riding . . .

This week the weather was so nice, so the kids and I spent a lot of time outdoors.  On Monday we went for a bike ride after our walk.  It's funny how the kids' personalities show everywhere we go.  Kaiden wanted to venture of the 'beaten path' into the woods to ride his bike (something I'm sure Kenny would've done when he was little), and Kiersen set her bike down so that she could flip around the bars and do cartwheels on the curb (something I know I would've done when I was little).
