In an effort to keep Kaiden on track with his reading over the summer, I devised a little plan.....I made him a chart, and for every 10 books he reads he gets to 'unlock' a surprise. I've also been making Kiersen identify letters and write her name for the same rewards. It's worked pretty good so far for Kaiden, but Kiersen doesn't always want to cooperate (she takes after Kenny - ha ha). Today they get their Koi Fish. I was super excited about these little guys. They're pretty big and they light up/change colors as soon as they get in water. Bath time will be fun tonight!
