Cast Doctor???

 So I'm not sure what Kiersen will be when she grows up (my guess is a nurse), but she sure is good at casting her dolls when they get 'hurt'.  

Baltimore Aquarium . . .

 

After Kiersen's gymnastics competition last weekend, we visited the Baltimore Aquarium.  The kids loved it there, and Kiersen insisted on videoing everything (that's why I don't have a ton of photos . . . because she had my phone the entire time).  It was really such a neat experience.  I think it would be neat to go there during the warmer months and explore the ships in the area.

Christmas on the Chesapeake . . .

Last weekend Kiersen had her first Level 7 gymnastics meet in Baltimore, Maryland.  She was super excited about it - half because she loves gymnastics and the other half because this was going to be her first time staying at a hotel.  We left Thursday afternoon and she competed on Friday.  Since she was hurt for 6 weeks she missed the first two competitions of the season.  She seemed more nervous than usual, but she was still all smiles.  Although she didn't place, she was super proud of herself for the skills that she went for, and so was I.  

Gingerbread Houses . . .

 

This year the gingerbread house decorating was extra fun.  The kids really took their time and did such a nice job on the houses.  Kaiden even cut out a door, which was pretty neat.  This is something I look forward to doing every year at Christmas, and I hope they will continue wanting to do them.  

Defensive Player of the Year . . .

Kaiden's football banquet was on November 6th.  He received the Defensive Player of the Year Award.  So proud of him and how far he's come since starting football 8 years ago!  Good job, bud!
