Pine Grove vs. Schuylkill Haven . . .

On Sunday we played Schuylkill Haven.  Both teams lost, but we still had a great day.  We weren't sure Kaiden would be able to play because of his knee, but he played the first three quarters and had his best game yet.  He made a lot of great tackles and took down the ball carrier multiple times.  In the end (see last photo) he and his best buddy, Jacob, were sitting it out.  Kiersen did her first half time routine, but it's too big of a file to post here on the blog :(  This year they allowed her to tumble so she was able to show off some of the skills she's been working on.  This season is flying by so quickly!

Kiersen's Preschool Graduation . . .

Tonight was Kiersen's Preschool Graduation.  She was SO excited about it.  She's been practicing her songs and trying on her cap and gown for weeks!  She's attended Dawn to Dusk Preschool since she was just 8 weeks old.  I remember crying the whole way to work the first day I had to leave her there, and now in just a few short months I'm sure I'll be crying again when I have to put her on the bus for Kindergarten for the first time.  She's made some great friends (especially her best friend, Jacob, pictured above), and she's learned a lot from her teachers.  On to the next 'chapter'....

This morning Kiersen's preschool had a concert for the parents.  All I can say is they were all so adorable dressed in their Christmas PJ's singing us songs.  They even wrapped up a present for us filled with 'hugs and kisses'.  I'm not sure why she wanted to buy me a motorcycle (?!!?!?  see last picture), but it's cute none-the-less.
