Learning How to Sew . . .

Kiersen has always expressed interested in learning how to sew.  In July grandma helped her make her first project - a gymnastics pillow for her bed.  Paw Paw even got in on the fun towards the end!

Kiersen's Third Gymnastics Competition . . .

This weekend Kiersen had her third gymnastics competition.  She did well and placed first in bars and floor, second in vault, third on beam and first all around. 

Ornaments with Grandma . . .

Every year my mom does Christmas ornaments with the kids so I have them to hang on my tree.  This year the kids made Christmas stocking ornaments.  I love having their new ornaments every year, and the kids love creating them for me too.  Thanks, mom!

Easter Dress Up . . . .

Kiersen couldn't wait to wear her bright orange Easter dress....Kaiden told me to 'forget about it' . . . he was not dressing up!  It's funny how girls and boys are so different.  We went to my parents only for a short time on Easter (we do Easter later), and they gave the kiddos their Easter gifts.  Kaiden got money towards the latest hunting gadget he and Kenny are dreaming of, and Kiersen got a balance beam.  As you can tell from her face, she was super excited.  I can't get her off the thing!  Thank you Grandma and Paw Paw!

Yesterday we had breakfast at my parent's house and then Holly, Rowan and Cooper hunted Easter Eggs.  It was such a nice morning I didn't want it to end.
