Mom's birthday was on February 23rd. I was so excited when I found these edible butterflies, but was not so excited when they arrived one day late (February 24th), even though I paid extra for shipping! I've been dying to make them for almost a month, so this afternoon when I was working on Kiersen's cupcakes, I made a few extra to 'play' with. I think they are so pretty! These would be gorgeous on a wedding cake! Too pretty to eat.
